Theresa Ward's Bio:
Theresa M. Ward is a speaker, facilitator, and team effectiveness coach who is known by her clients as their "Chief Momentum Officer." She spent more than a dozen years in the financial technology space, in roles from sales to product innovation to strategic training. In 2017 she founded Fiery Feather and has served thousands of individuals across dozens of industries. By combining her personal diverse experience with cognitive behavioral research, Theresa helps teams develop effective systems and authentic relationships to thrive at work. She is a certified yoga instructor, nerdy book lover, and a passionate fur-mom who lives in Decatur.
