Nefetari loves helping teams tap into their own creative energy. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering and is a proud alum of North Carolina A&T State University. Nefetari spent 18 years as a product developer at a Fortune 500. In her various roles, she's had the opportunity to launch new products, explore new market areas, and spend countless hours understanding and translating consumers' needs, attitudes, beliefs, and practices into actionable business outcomes. She is a trained Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Facilitator and loves the power and potential that the CPS process offers.
 
Anthony, Co-Founder of Group Ignited, has a passion for teamwork, creativity, and fitness. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in Electrical Engineering and loves solving problems. As a certified FourSight and Simplexity Facilitator, Anthony helps individuals and teams discover how they can enhance their thinking styles and boost innovation. Numerous organizations have benefited from the energy and creativity that he brings when designing activities.  With his passion for teamwork and thought-inspiring activity, he designed and launched UQuest, a city-wide team adventure race in Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte.
