We are hiring a high-performing field sales manager who will start as a solo producer. Your first mission is to personally generate a set target per month through daily residential and commercial territory selling. Once you prove consistent solo results, you will build and lead a field sales team to scale revenue to a set monthly target without sacrificing quality or price integrity.
 
This is a go-to-the-customer role: you will sell in neighborhoods and commercial corridors, create local partnerships, and turn your solo method into a repeatable playbook.
 
A Sales Manager at Pinks both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the Pinks territory among its customers.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Territory & Field Sales
  • Map hot zones (residential clusters, HOA neighborhoods, commercial corridors).
  • Prospect daily in the field: doors knocked, walk-ins, on-site quotes, same-day closes.
  • Maintain a reliable activity engine tied to jobs sold.
Residential & Commercial Selling
  • Sell fast, simple, on-site quotes for homeowners.
  • Sell recurring agreements for residential, commercial sites and PM portfolios.
  • Adapt pitch to each channel.
Playbook & Process Building
  • Build and document scripts, follow-up cadence, route strategy, and KPI scoreboard.
  • Track conversion rates and optimize the funnel weekly.
Team Building (after solo proof)
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new field reps via ride-alongs and roleplay.
  • Enforce activity standards, CRM cleanliness, and performance accountability.
Partnership & Referral Engines
  • Create steady lead sources with HOAs, property managers, realtors/builders, and business associations.
  • Launch neighborhood and commercial cluster campaigns.
 

Qualifications and Required Experience
 
  • 3+ years field/territory/route sales (home services preferred).
  • Proven success in high-volume, low/mid-ticket sales.
  • Comfortable with daily face-to-face prospecting.
  • Ability to build repeatable systems and coach others.
  • Strong KPI discipline and follow-up process ownership.

Compensation 
  • Base salary
  • High personal commission per job sold
  • Escalating bonus tiers on  personal jobs/month
  • As team grows: override on rep sales + scale bonuses
  • Commercial recurring account bonuses
    (Exact package finalized based on experience + upside.)
 
Compensation Package:
$40,000 - $60,000
+ Commission on sales
