We are hiring a kitchen team leader for our Decatur restaurant at 5402 Covington Highway. You will lead the kitchen crew during shifts and keep the bake on track: Jamaican patties (mild beef, spicy beef, curry chicken, vegan), coco bread, and breakfast patties. Everything is baked fresh, no frying. You will also make sure quality and food safety stay high. What we are looking for: experience leading a kitchen or bakery team, reliable and on time, comfortable training others, able to work busy shifts including weekends.
