General Tso’s Restaurant & Catering is seeking outgoing and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sign-Up Representatives. This role involves engaging with guests, introducing them to a digital rewards platform, and assisting with a simple onboarding process.

Representatives will help customers access gift card benefits from well-known brands such as Starbucks, Sephora, Paramount Subs, and others. A structured system and training are provided to support consistent daily performance.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded based on productivity. Team members typically assist 15–20+ guests per day using established workflows.

Compensation is performance-based, with typical earnings ranging from $150–$200+ per day depending on activity and results.
