Furthermore, when environmental tensions are high and individuals are already feeling emotionally on edge, it can be even more difficult to know what to say and how to say it. ERGs are often on the front lines in navigating these impacts to our culture and facilitating safe and engaging spaces that foster good communication. In this interactive workshop, Dr. Maiysha Clairborne, facilitate a discussion about the elements of communication that create trust, and engage in group reflection about how you specifically experience trust and safety in your respective spaces. By the end of the session guide you to have new tools and language to create or rebuild trust in your various environments, be it your employees, teams, colleagues, and clients.
