DeKalb State of Education and Workforce Development 2026

The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce invites you to the 2026 State of Education & Workforce Development, bringing together leaders from business, education, government, and the community for an important conversation about building DeKalb’s future workforce.

Under the theme “Building DeKalb’s Talent Pipeline: From Classroom to Career,” the program will explore how education and workforce partners can work together to prepare students for success, strengthen career pathways, and ensure employers have access to the skilled talent they need to grow.

Attendees will hear from leading voices across K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, and industry as they discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping DeKalb’s talent pipeline—from the classroom to postsecondary education and ultimately the workplace.
