Beverly Echols’ Bio:
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate development, finance, and legal industries, Beverly has built a robust career in the field.   Beverly is a Commercial Realtor with Rudhil Commercial.  Prior to Rudhil Commercial, she was a Commercial Realtor at Coldwell Banker Commercial.  During Beverly’s extensive career, she has served as Business Development Director at The Echols Firm, LLC and Director of Finance for Herman J. Russell, Sr.  She has excelled in various aspects of real estate, including site identification, asset sales, lease negotiation, and property acquisition.

She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and serves on both the Diversity Committee and the Governance Committee. Her involvement in ACBR reflects her dedication to her industry and community.  Beverly is also a Board member of the South Dekalb Business Association (SDBA) focusing on economic growth and development and Assistant Co-Chair of the Empire Board of Realtist Commercial Council.

Beverly chaired the Pilot ACBR Conversations in the Community (CIC) townhall discussion in South Fulton, establishing connections with influential stakeholders and organizations, such as the Georgia Economic Development Department, Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, and South Fulton Economic Development. This involvement highlights her commitment to fostering positive relationships and promoting economic development in her community.
