About the Speaker
Jamie Bennett, Founder & CEO, The Lifestyle Group
Jamie is in the people business. She serves her clients in three capacities as a LifeStyle Strategist, HR Consultant and a Certified Life Coach. Her mission is to help her busy clients create strategies that help them delegate more effectively in their personal lives, operate effective HR practices in their business and/or move forward on the things they really want to accomplish. 

Jamie started her career with The Federal Reserve Bank of New York after receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. She moved on to Lehman Brothers where she developed her problem solving and organizational skills working in several different areas of HR. After obtaining her Master of Business Administration Degree from CUNY-Baruch College, The Zicklin School of Business, she gained valuable operations and process improvement experience working for a financial services non-profit located in downtown Atlanta where she was a HR Business partner for several business units. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Jamie now resides in Stone Mountain, Ga. She is an avid reader of business biographies and fiction, a mentor to several young professionals, as well as an active volunteer at her son's school.
