About Us
Frazer Center, a DeKalb County nonprofit, provides inclusive early education for young children with and without disabilities, vocational and community engagement services for adults with developmental disabilities, a public greenspace with 39 acres of forested walking trails, and a unique special event venue, the historic Cator Woolford Gardens.
