His consulting and coaching practice is focused on small businesses and start-ups with primary topics being leadership development\, organizational health\, and the building of high performance teams. \n\n\n\nHe has over 30 years of leadership experience gained from his role as VP of Marketing and Sales for companies in the medical\, dental\, and technology fields as well as serving as the General Manager for a manufacturer of chemical mixing and wastewater pollution control systems. He has been the past Executive Director for the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Dental Lab Association of Alabama. He has led LearnShops for the US Army\, the University of Georgia\, Cobb and Clayton Counties as well as for a number of non-profit organizations.
