She graduated from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis with a dual master's degree in philanthropic studies and nonprofit affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management. She held positions as program coordinator\, volunteer recruitment specialist\, and assistant director of development prior to joining Foundation Center. Asia has also served as vice president of the Atlanta Nonprofit Professionals and volunteered as a grant funding peer reviewer for the Commission for Service and Volunteering. \n\nThe author of 7 Secrets Every Woman Should Know: How to Create a Joy-Filled Life\, Asia lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
