DESCRIPTION:The Non-Profit Committee is pleased to welcome Mr. Blair Anderson\, President of the National Association of Nonprofits who will share his expertise in this field.\n\n\n\nAfter years working in corporate America\, in 2004\, Mr. Anderson started BA Solutions\, a business development consulting company.  From 2006 to 2012 he founded and operated Goombay Gulf Coast\, Inc. a nonprofit organization that created economic development for underdeveloped communities.\n\n\n\nIn 2015\, he founded the nonprofit organization\, National Association of Nonprofits\, Inc. whose mission is to assist nonprofits to achieve their mission. Through workshops\, conferences\, networking events and one on one consulting\, the National Association of Nonprofits supports organizations through growth processes and while strengthen their foundation so they become sustainable.  \n\n \n\nBlair has used his talents for various organizations. He has served as fundraising chair for Independence for the Blind. During his tenure\, he helped increase attendance and revenue for their main fundraiser "The Eye Ball". Also\, he served as chair for the Gulf Coast African American Chamber of Commerce and board member for the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce. \n\n\n\nBlair currently lives in Marietta GA and obtained his B A in Communication Arts and Public Relations from the University of West FL. He is a public relations specialist with more than 15 years' experience in public relations\, marketing\, program development\, partnership development\, event planning\, and fundraising strategy and execution.
