DESCRIPTION:The ribbon cutting event with be the prequel to our large Grand Opening celebration on 6/8/19. Refreshments and light bites will be available at the event. Members will be attending and we look forward to having our local community come out to support our cutting edge fitness concept. Tours and free workouts will be conducted for those that wish to participate. Come celebrate HOTWORX bringing the "HOT" in HOTLANTA!\n\n\n\nHOTWORX Decatur is a 24 hour infrared fitness studio where workouts are completed in our patented saunas. Our members enjoy the unique health benefits of infrared heat absorption and an accelerated calorie burn in less workout time. All of our workouts are lead by virtual instructors which allows for amazing quality\, consistency\, and the convenience of workouts that can fit ANY schedule. The two main styles of workouts HOTWORX offers are the 30-minute isometric workouts (such as Hot Yoga\, Hot Pilates\, Hot Core\, etc) or the 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions (Hot Cycle and Hot Row). As the infrared heat penetrates the body\, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from organs through muscle contraction. The results our users achieve make HOTWORX one of the most efficient workout programs in the industry.
