In this engaging presentation\, BBB and BRIDGE leader Kimber Armstrong will share how entrepreneurs can strengthen trust with customers\, protect their reputation\, and position themselves for sustainable growth. Kimber will also introduce BRIDGE's mission to reduce the failure rate of minority-owned businesses by bringing hands-on support\, experts\, and financial readiness resources directly to the community. This session will leave business owners equipped\, inspired\, and ready to take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey.\n\n\n\nKimber Armstrong's Bio\n\nKimber Armstrong is the Strategic Partnerships Lead for the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta & NE Georgia and leader of BRIDGE\, BBB's charitable foundation launched in 2025 to increase the success rate of minority- and woman-owned small businesses. With 11 years of experience in the nonprofit sector spanning program development\, business development\, and leadership training Kimber is known for her commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening communities.\n\n\n\nKimber began her BBB career in Nashville\, where she served as Regional Vice President for Williamson County before joining BBB of Atlanta & NE Georgia in 2021. In her current role\, she manages and grows the organization's partnerships\, leads key community initiatives\, and develops and facilitates BBB's educational programming.\n\n\n\nAt BRIDGE\, Kimber oversees programming that provides minority and woman-owned businesses with access to capital readiness support\, financing\, legal guidance\, marketing assistance\, and hands-on business development resources. Her work focuses on eliminating systemic barriers and building equitable pathways for small businesses to thrive.\n\n\n\nA passionate educator\, Kimber has spent more than a decade coaching individuals in leadership development\, communication skills\, career readiness\, and women's empowerment much of this through her long-standing partnership with Dress for Success. She has authored several personal development workbooks used in her workshops and coaching sessions\, reflecting her belief that knowledge and confidence are essential tools for transformation.\n\n\n\nKimber is driven by a deep love of teaching\, community impact\, and creating opportunities that help entrepreneurs build sustainable\, generational success.
