Through this and other executive level positions\, she honed her skills in media buying\, budget development\, staff and project management\, and creative processes such as writing\, directing\, and producing. Perhaps one of the most important things she learned was the value of building and maintaining solid customer relationships.\n\n \n\nFifteen years later\, after continued growth and success in the television and advertising arenas\, Catherine struck out on her own and founded CATVIDEO in 1997.\n\n \n\nIn 2011\, with an astute awareness of the ever-changing world of technology and a steadily growing portfolio of federal clients\, Catherine transformed CATVIDEO into CATMEDIA. This name change is a direct reflection of the way Catherine seeks out and embraces technological advancement and changes in how people use media and training.\n\n \n\nCatherine's strengths are the foundation of what we do at CATMEDIA. An innovator at her core\, she is named on two Patent-pending applications for communication and training technologies.
